He graduated in Law . He is Knight Grand Cross Merit of the Italian Republic .

For thirty years he worked for the Fiat Group, in the Personnel sector during the first ten years, then Personnel Director and Organization of FIAT AUTO during ’79 – ’81 .

He worked for twenty years at Gilardini (FIAT) as Managing Director and then Managing Director at Fiat Industrial Business Sectors – Avio , Comau , Components , Rail, Teksid, Fiat Research Center and SNIA .

He has been CEO at Rizzoli – Corriere della Sera – RCS output by the controlled Administration .

He has been for ten years in the field of Business Associations , first as Vice President of Assolombarda and then as Vice President of Confindustria , for two four-year mandates , with the responsibility for industrial Relations, Education , Culture.

He has worked on his own as a businessman and industrialist since thirteen years .

He has been operator and promoter of cultural, bank and museum foundations for ten years, Founder and President of the Center for Conservation and Restoration of Venaria Reale.

He was the Chairman of the Group Miroglio .

Today he is President of Friends of the Center for Conservation and Restoration of Venaria Reale.
